Velmi pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b se V\u00e1m u\u017e n\u011bkdy stalo, \u017ee ve Va\u0161\u00ed bl\u00edzkosti byl n\u011bkdo, koho bylo st\u00e1le sly\u0161et, byl p\u0159epnut\u00fd jen na vys\u00edl\u00e1n\u00ed a chrlil do n\u011bkoho ve sv\u00e9 bl\u00edzkosti nebo do telefonu sv\u00e9 domn\u011bnky o tom, co se stalo, co kdo \u0159ekl, a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm sv\u00e9 neomyln\u00e9 hodnocen\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u011bkdy se hovo\u0159\u00edc\u00ed osoby st\u0159\u00eddaj\u00ed, ale ka\u017ed\u00e1 z\u00a0nich vypr\u00e1v\u00ed sv\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edb\u011bhy a na \u010dlov\u011bka proti sob\u011b vlastn\u011b nijak nereaguje: \u201eJ\u00e1 to jednou ale ud\u011bl\u00e1m, a\u017e budu m\u00edt \u010das \u2026 moje ukl\u00edze\u010dka ukl\u00edz\u00ed i here\u010dk\u00e1m a kdybys\u00a0v\u011bd\u011bla, co j\u00e1 o nich v\u00edm\u2026 j\u00e1 jsem v\u0161em napsal, \u017ee to je naprost\u00e1 nestoudn\u00e1 ur\u00e1\u017eka \u2026 j\u00e1 jsem mu pak jasn\u011b \u0159ekl, aby \u2026. \u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00a0\u010dem je probl\u00e9m? V\u011bd\u00ed takov\u00ed lid\u00e9, \u017ee spolu nehovo\u0159\u00ed? \u017de vedou paraleln\u00ed monology? A zaj\u00edm\u00e1 je ten druh\u00fd? Zaj\u00edm\u00e1 je, co je to dialog? Um\u00edme je\u0161t\u011b v\u00e9st skute\u010dn\u00fd dialog?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdvoj lidsk\u00e9ho v\u011bdom\u00ed n\u00e1s dovedl k\u00a0extr\u00e9mn\u00edmu pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed vlastn\u00ed individuality, a t\u00edm i tak trochu do pasti. Jsme tak usilovn\u011b soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed na to, kdo jsme a co je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro na\u0161i existenci, \u017ee nem\u00e1me kapacitu se zaj\u00edmat je\u0161t\u011b o to, kdo je ten, s\u00a0k\u00fdm pr\u00e1v\u011b hovo\u0159\u00edme, jak\u00e9 jsou jeho n\u00e1zory, pot\u0159eby, talenty, co je zaj\u00edmav\u00e9ho na n\u011bm. N\u011bkdy \u0159\u00e1d\u00ed ego a vyk\u0159ikuje J\u00e1, J\u00e1 a jen J\u00e1, \u00a0a n\u011bkdy to jen neum\u00edme. M\u00e1me strach se pt\u00e1t na osobn\u00ed v\u011bci, jak se ten druh\u00fd c\u00edt\u00ed, co ho bol\u00ed, \u201ened\u011bl\u00e1 se to\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pak \u2013 co s\u00a0t\u00edm, co kdyby n\u00e1m to ten druh\u00fd skute\u010dn\u011b \u0159ekl? Co bychom d\u011blali? Z\u00a0obavy ze skute\u010dn\u00e9\u00a0lidsk\u00e9 bl\u00edzkosti pad\u00e1me do pasti \u201ebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch\u201c soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zkuste si p\u0159edstavit situaci, kdy sed\u00edte se sv\u00fdm bl\u00edzk\u00fdm kamar\u00e1dem nebo kamar\u00e1dkou t\u0159eba v&nbsp;kav\u00e1rn\u011b a d\u00edv\u00e1te se na sebe navz\u00e1jem. Ten, kdo vypr\u00e1v\u00ed, sd\u011bluje sv\u016fj z\u00e1\u017eitek, emoce a ot\u00e1zky s&nbsp;n\u00edm spojen\u00e9, slovy i gesty. To, co sd\u011bluje\/sd\u00edl\u00ed, je teplo nebo chlad, radost nebo smutek, otev\u00edr\u00e1 tomu druh\u00e9mu sv\u016fj sv\u011bt. Jeho o\u010di jsou kniha du\u0161e, otev\u0159en\u00e1 na v\u0161ech str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch najednou. M\u016f\u017eete se na n\u011bho \u201ejen\u201c d\u00edvat, ale m\u016f\u017eete se t\u0159eba dotknout jeho ruky, kdy\u017e budete m\u00edt pocit, \u017ee je na to ta spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 chv\u00edle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mluvit s\u00a0druh\u00fdm znamen\u00e1 zaj\u00edmat se o to, co pr\u00e1v\u011b v\u00a0t\u00e9 chv\u00edli \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 a pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1, co skute\u010dn\u011b sd\u011bluje, souc\u00edtit s\u00a0n\u00edm, pt\u00e1t se ho. Ne form\u00e1ln\u011b, ne nau\u010den\u00fdmi ot\u00e1zkami z teambuildingu. Skute\u010dn\u011b, se z\u00e1jmem a s porozum\u011bn\u00edm tomu, \u010d\u00edm pr\u00e1v\u011b ten druh\u00fd proch\u00e1z\u00ed, a\u0165 u\u017e je to dobr\u00e9 nebo se to zd\u00e1 v\u00a0tu chv\u00edli b\u00fdt zl\u00e9. To vy\u017eaduje na\u0161i plnou p\u0159\u00edtomnost v\u00a0t\u00e9 chv\u00edli. V\u00e9st rozhovor tak\u00e9 znamen\u00e1 zn\u00e1t sama sebe tak dob\u0159e, abychom rozpoznali na\u0161e projekce a p\u0159edstavy, abychom dok\u00e1zali ustoupit a vytvo\u0159it prostor pro toho druh\u00e9ho. T\u00edm se rozhovor trochu podob\u00e1 tanci. A kdy\u017e rozhovor skon\u010d\u00ed, u\u017e o tom nehovo\u0159it nikde jinde a s\u00a0nik\u00fdm jin\u00fdm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e1v\u00e1me t\u00edm dar, ale sou\u010dasn\u011b dar i dost\u00e1v\u00e1me. \u010clov\u011bk se rozv\u00edj\u00ed v&nbsp;dialogu. Dost\u00e1v\u00e1 \u0159adu podn\u011bt\u016f k&nbsp;sebereflexi. Zkoum\u00e1 co, jak a pro\u010d d\u011bl\u00e1. Jak a pro\u010d reaguje na p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh tak, jak reaguje. Pro\u010d jej n\u011bco v&nbsp;\u0159e\u010di toho druh\u00e9ho zas\u00e1hne v\u00edc a pro\u010d naopak n\u011bkter\u00e9 reakce sv\u00e9ho partnera ch\u00e1pe jen obt\u00ed\u017en\u011b. Dost\u00e1v\u00e1 se tak kr\u016f\u010dek po kr\u016f\u010dku i k&nbsp;sob\u011b sam\u00e9mu a skrze sebe k&nbsp;lidem okolo, ke zdrav\u00fdm a napln\u011bn\u00fdm mezilidsk\u00fdm vztah\u016fm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nab\u00eddku V\u00e1m i obraz \u2013 rozhovory vedeme, kdy\u017e se setk\u00e1v\u00e1me s\u00a0ostatn\u00edmi lidmi. A setk\u00e1n\u00ed si m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159edstavit jako skute\u010dn\u00e9 tkan\u00ed, slovo ke slovu, my\u0161lenku k\u00a0my\u0161lence vznik\u00e1 vzor, jeho strukturu a barevnost ur\u010duje pr\u00e1v\u011b to, jak zvl\u00e1d\u00e1me um\u011bn\u00ed dialogu. Vznik\u00e1 jen to, co sami vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00edme, a to n\u00e1s pak obklopuje, v\u00a0tom \u017eijeme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pak, na z\u00e1klad\u011b principu rezonance m\u016f\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk pozorovat, \u017ee kdy\u017e se zm\u011bn\u00ed jeho zp\u016fsob my\u0161len\u00ed, c\u00edt\u011bn\u00ed a v\u016fle k\u00a0jedn\u00e1n\u00ed, k dialogu, \u017ee se okolo n\u011bho m\u011bn\u00ed i lid\u00e9.
